Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m.
Check-out is by 10 a.m.

Pet Policy

We are a no-pet complex.

Reservation

Reservations can be made over phone or via email. Valid credit card number and expiration needed to hold all reservations. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept personal checks or money orders 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

Rental cancellation policy:

For confirmed reservations of 21 days or longer:

Payment via check is due 45 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel 45 days or less, prior to your scheduled arrival date, the payment sent in is nonrefundable unless we are able to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same terms and conditions, we will refund you in full. If we are able to re-rent the unit for a portion of your terms, we will refund the difference to you. We’re usually able to re-rent units for some, if not all of the canceled dates during the winter months, depending on how much notice we are given.

For weekly reservations: 7 to 20 days in length.

Cancellations 22 to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a $ 400 cancellation fee.    Cancellations 21 days or sooner of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation, unless we are able to re-rent the unit for similar terms and conditions,  at which point , no cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations 46 or more days from arrival will not be charged any cancellations fees, for both monthly or weekly rentals.

 

Smoking

We only offer non-smoking units.
