Welcome to the new and improved Cape Winds Resort . We strive every day to reach a level of customer service that you’ve possibly never seen before.
Our qualified staff, ranging from office personal to the daily housekeepers, cleaners and on-site maintenance man make your booking process and eventual stay at Cape Winds Resort as easy and comfortable as possible.
We manage 31 units on-site, with a large selection of 1 and 2 bedroom fully furnished ocean front beach rental condos.
Every unit comes equipped with a King size bed in the master bedroom, fully functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. . Every condo has a sleeper sofa in the living room and its own private balcony as well.
Our 2 bedroom units have 2 twin bed in the guest room. All of our beach rental condos have 2 full bathrooms.
Cape Winds Resort is a direct ocean complex complete with a large heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, sauna, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, covered parking area and private beach gate. We are a 5 story complex with 2 elevators for your convenience.
Once inside your beach rental condo, please enjoy use of our complimentary high speed wireless Internet.

I would like the rent the Rick & Nelda Humphrie’s condo end of June as we will be in the Melbourne area for a family 50th anniversary on June 29th. Are rentals Sat-Sat or can they be Sun-Sun (work better due to the celebration being on Friday). What is the rental cost? We also have other grown children (one w/6 mo old child) and one without….are there any other direct ocean front 2 bedrooms available…otherwise I may just put them up at a local ocean front hotel but I think they would enjoy the freedom of a “home” if they are going to be there more than a few days….are there any porta cribs available to rent also.
